INTENSIVE STRETCH THERAPY > 90-MIN SESSION
Intensive-Stretches are designed and ultimately intended for individuals with a lengthy-history of severe and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction. Programmed-by-Design to gracefully nit-pick and activate dormant muscle motor units to re-train the nervous system from years of absent muscle memory. Nevertheless, this an indulgent and serene experience for individuals who are not as active due to a history of not-so-fun physical therapy and rehab experiences. *HSA/FSA ELIGIBLE* *Session's are conducted by utilizing a structured patient-intake and functional movement assessment to identify limitations, inhibitions & restrictions to movement.
